Where do tours meet?

Tours meet on the north side of the Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, located at 122 East Bay Street. It is at the intersection of East Bay Street and Broad Street. There is a small square with a large tree, benches, a water fountain, and a historical marker. We ask you try to arrive 10 minutes before the tour to check in. Please note that tours will leave promptly as scheduled.

Last Minute Issue?

Please text Brandon with any last-minute issues or concerns at (843) 270-2820. Please note were a small, independent business, and we may be on a tour, so text is best, and we will respond A.S.A.P

On Sundays, public holidays, and everyday after 6 p.m. street parking is free. There is a very small lot right next to where we meet. There is a public parking garage at 25 Prioleau Street. The Concord parking garage at 1 Cumberland Street is about 2 blocks away and is closer to more of the restaurants and bars around the City Market area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is it wheelchair or stroller friendly?

Families with children in strollers and handicapped individuals are always welcome. Please note that as we are an historic city, there is quite a bit of old and uneven walkways and pavement. While this can prove challenging for some, we will always make every effort to make our guests feel our true southern hospitality.

We love our pets too, however we do not allow them on our tours.
